Required Qualifications:
Commercial experience in FPGA development.
Good knowledge of VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog.
Experience with FPGA development environments such as Xilinx Vivado, AMD Vitis, Intel Quartus, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of digital design principles and RTL development.
Experience working with SoC FPGA platforms (Zynq, MPSoC, SoC FPGA).
Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
Experience with embedded software development in C/C++ and/or Python.
Familiarity with common communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, PCIe, and DDR memory interfaces.
Ability to work on-site in the Wrocław office.
Willingness to work under a Contract of Employment.
Willingness to undergo mandatory security clearance verification and checks required for defence-related projects and technologies.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of UVM or other advanced verification methodologies.
Experience in defence, aerospace, security, or public administration projects.
Familiarity with NATO standards, including STANAG.
Experience developing or testing systems subject to strict quality, safety, or regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of formal verification techniques and regulated development environments.
Experience using AI tools in day-to-day engineering workflow
Project Description:
Join a team delivering advanced FPGA-based solutions for Defence, Aerospace, and Industrial Automation projects. In this role, you will contribute to the development of high-performance digital systems focused on real-time data processing, embedded solutions, and cutting-edge FPGA technologies. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and work on innovative products where reliability, performance, and compliance with industry standards are critical.
Scope of Services:
Design and develop FPGA solutions using VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog.
Implement, simulate, verify, and debug digital hardware designs.
Participate in system architecture definition and technical feasibility studies.
Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams.
Develop and maintain FPGA design documentation and technical artefacts.
Perform timing analysis, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Support hardware bring-up, integration, and system validation activities.
Participate in technical reviews, code reviews, and engineering discussions.
Contribute to the development of reliable, high-performance embedded and digital systems for regulated industries.
Follow quality, security, and compliance requirements applicable to defence-related engineering projects.
