Required Qualifications:

• Up to 2 years of experience in Quality Management, Compliance, Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related area (including internships).

• Understanding of ISO 9001 principles, including process-based approach, risk management, documented information, nonconformity management, corrective actions, and internal audits.

• Experience working with structured documentation, procedures, records, and process governance.

• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery processes, or willingness to quickly gain knowledge in this area.

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

• Good organizational skills and ability to follow up on assigned actions independently.

• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential or regulated information.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.

• Polish (native/fluent) and English (minimum B2).

• Ability to work from the Wrocław office and willingness to undergo security verification procedures required for defence-related projects.

Nice to Have:

• ISO 9001 or AS/EN 9100 Internal Auditor training.

• Experience supporting internal, customer, or certification audits.

• Practical knowledge of root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and nonconformity management.

• Knowledge of AS/EN 9100, AQAP 2110, AQAP 2210, or AS9115.

• Familiarity with export control requirements and the Polish Internal Compliance Programme (WSK).

• Awareness of NATO/STANAG quality assurance standards.

• Experience in regulated industries such as Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Devices, or Public Sector.

• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.

Project Description:

Join Spyrosoft's Quality Management Department and support the Defence & Aerospace Business Unit in delivering software and engineering services compliant with industry regulations and international quality standards. You will contribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System built around AS/EN 9100 and AQAP requirements, supporting audits, compliance activities, and quality initiatives across defence-related projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in quality engineering, aerospace standards, and regulated software delivery while working alongside experienced quality professionals

Scope of Services:

• Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the Defence & Aerospace Quality Management System.

• Create, maintain, and control process documentation, templates, records, and quality evidence.

• Assist in reviewing customer and contractual quality requirements.

• Prepare audit materials and participate in internal, customer, and certification audits.

• Support nonconformity management, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis activities.

• Help project teams apply quality standards within software delivery processes and workflows.

• Assist the WSK Representative in Internal Compliance Programme activities, records, and training documentation.

• Contribute to quality awareness initiatives and internal guidelines.

• Collaborate with Quality, Information Security, Legal, Project Management, and Defence & Aerospace teams.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding data protection, information classification, and responsible use of AI tools.
