Salesforce Developer
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
Experience with both declarative (point-and-click) and programmatic Salesforce development.
Salesforce certification such as Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce APIs.
Understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, deployment processes, and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of Salesforce security model, governor limits, scalability, and performance optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Salesforce Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Field Service.
Experience delivering Education Cloud implementations or other industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with integration technologies including MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience working in international and distributed teams.
Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a long-term project delivered for a Germany-based client. The role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions that support key business processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Senior Salesforce Architects, and development teams to create scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while following Salesforce best practices.
Scope of Services:
Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems.
Create and maintain unit tests and technical documentation.
Collaborate with Senior Salesforce Architects to validate requirements and solution designs.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards, scalability requirements, and platform limitations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Optimize existing Salesforce applications and improve platform performance.
Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure seamless system integrations.
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to development best practices.
