Required Qualifications:
Senior-level professional software development experience.
Strong Python programming skills with proven experience delivering production-grade solutions.
3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial robotics.
Solid understanding of robotics concepts, including computer vision, robotic arms, and robotic platforms operating in constrained or restricted environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work on complex robotics software solutions throughout the full development lifecycle.
Experience designing and developing complex, multi-layered software systems.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Working Model
Due to project and client requirements, the position requires on-site presence in Warsaw for a few days each month (typically 2-3 days on-site, twice per month). There is an opportunity to transition to a fully remote setup over time.
Occasional travel to customer deployment sites may be required for a few days to support production rollouts and project deployments.
Nice to Have:
Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
Experience working with robotic arms.
Knowledge of C++.
Project Description:
This fast-growing robotics initiative is focused on AI-powered warehouse automation. The solution enables robots to identify and handle hundreds of products, supporting key logistics processes such as order fulfillment, returns processing, and inventory management.
As part of the engineering team, you will design, develop, test, and integrate robotics solutions using Python and ROS, helping deploy these systems in real-world production environments. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working autonomously, and building software that directly impacts large-scale automation.
Scope of Services:
Design and develop advanced robotics software solutions for warehouse automation systems.
Build and maintain software components using Python and ROS.
Integrate robotics platforms, computer vision systems, and automation technologies into scalable production solutions.
Design and implement reliable, high-performance software architectures for complex robotic systems.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize robotics applications operating in real-world production environments.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Support system integration, testing, and deployment activities at customer sites when required.
Drive continuous improvements in system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Contribute to technical decision-making, software design, and engineering best practices.
