Proven end-to-end ownership of project scope, schedule, budget and delivery margin across both fixed-price and time-and-materials engagements
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and delivery practices, supported by experience in actively improving processes rather than simply following them
Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions in at least one technology environment: cloud, .NET, Java or data engineering
Experience contributing to bids and proposals, including effort estimates, delivery approaches and staffing plans
Excellent English skills at C1 level
Confidence in using AI tools to support day-to-day project management and delivery activities
Flexibility to occasionally overlap with US working hours
Nice to have:
Manufacturing background: MES, SCADA, Historian, LIMS, ERP
Exposure to AI/ML delivery (predictive maintenance, computer vision, GenAI/RAG) as PM or PO
Data/analytics projects
Hands-on engineering background
Main responsibilities:
Deliver projects in line with the agreed scope, budget, quality standards and target margin
Lead project planning and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies
