Requirements:
Experience in automotive software testing and vehicle validation
Hands-on experience with OTA (Over-the-Air) updates
Knowledge of vehicle E/E architectures and software deployment processes
Experience with test automation tools (e.g. CANoe, CAPL, Python, Robot Framework)
Understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, UDS, DoIP)
Experience with requirements and test management tools
Knowledge of ASPICE verification and validation processes
Driving licence and willingness to perform vehicle test drives
English for daily communication
German (at least B1/B2)
Nice to have:
Experience with XRAY, STARC or other ALM tools
Experience across multiple vehicle platforms and ECU domains
Project description:
Join an automotive project focused on validating Over-the-Air (OTA) software updates. You'll be responsible for testing vehicle software updates, creating test specifications, executing validation activities, and supporting test automation to ensure quality and reliability.
Location: Sindelfingen, Germany (onsite)

Start: November 2026
Duration: Until December 2027 (possible extension)
Main responsibilities:
Create test specifications and test cases for OTA updates
Execute vehicle-level validation tests
Perform vehicle test drives and analyse results
Develop and maintain automated test scenarios
Track and report defects using test management tools
Collaborate with software, system, integration, and validation teams
