Project description:
On behalf of a leading international manufacturer of premium kitchen and household appliances, the company is building an AI-ready internal platform designed to streamline and standardize software delivery across the organization.
The goal is to create an environment where “the right path is the easy path,” enabling engineering teams to deliver software quickly, safely, and consistently.
This role is highly strategic and product-oriented, focused on shaping the platform vision, defining best practices, and enabling hundreds of developers (and increasingly AI agents) to deploy production-ready solutions with minimal friction.
Main responsibilities:
Design and own end-to-end platform “golden paths” from repository to production runtime
Drive the transition from infrastructure provisioning to intent-driven platform automation
Collaborate with Security, QA, Architecture, and Operations teams to define scalable guardrails and standards
Define and maintain a machine-readable system model (services, components, APIs, ownership)
Improve developer experience through platform adoption metrics and continuous optimization
Reduce operational risk via SLO-driven delivery, safe deployments, and clear system boundaries
Act as a technical leader and trusted advisor for platform-related initiatives
Influence platform direction, strategy, and roadmap across engineering and leadership stakeholders
