Product Owner / Business Analyst
You will join the team responsible for the development of Teta Unit4, one of the leading ERP/HR solutions on the Polish market. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining functional requirements, and managing the product backlog across HR & Payroll, Time & Attendance, Social Security (ZUS), and Tax modules. Working closely with developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and solution architects, you will have a direct impact on the product's roadmap, delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses and ensure compliance with Polish labor law.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role.
Ability to translate business and legal requirements into clear, complete, and actionable functional requirements for development teams.
Hands-on experience working with Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Lean.
Experience managing a product backlog and defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
Good knowledge of Polish labor law, particularly the Polish Labour Code.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and simplify complex business problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Self-motivated, accountable, and focused on delivering business value.
English proficiency at a minimum of B1/B2 level.
Nice to have:
Experience working with HR, Payroll, or ERP systems, particularly Unit4 Teta.
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system architecture.
Experience analyzing legislative changes and translating them into system requirements.
Experience working with enterprise ERP systems.
Product Owner certification (e.g., Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, or SAFe).
Main responsibilities:
Analyze business needs and end-user requirements within the areas of HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Human Resources Management.
Gather, document, and refine functional requirements for the development team.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process descriptions, and functional documentation.
Collaborate closely with software developers, QA engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders.
Prioritize requirements and manage the product backlog.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support the development team during implementation by clarifying requirements and making functional decisions.
Monitor and analyze changes in labor law, social security (ZUS), tax regulations, and other legal requirements affecting the functionality of the Teta system.
Participate in feature acceptance and verify compliance with business requirements and applicable legal regulations.
Collaborate with Unit4 business teams to define the product roadmap and prioritize product initiatives.
