Production Manager (Smart E-Mobility)
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join an exciting international project in Munich, Germany, supporting the launch and scale-up of the final assembly process for an innovative smart e-bike / cargo e-mobility solution designed for the B2B market.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building a production operation from the ground up. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the final assembly process, establishing production standards, preparing workstations, and leading a small technical team through the production ramp-up phase.

Responsibilities
Design, launch, and continuously optimize the final assembly process.
Prepare the production layout, workstations, work instructions, and quality standards.
Define, implement, monitor, and report production KPIs.
Plan, coordinate, and prioritize the daily activities of the assembly team.
Support production ramp-up and resolve technical and process-related issues.
Train, mentor, and develop Industrial Technicians.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Collaborate closely with management, HR, Procurement, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
Currently based in Szczecin or Wrocław and willing to relocate to Munich for an on-site assignment.
Several years of experience in manufacturing, production, or final assembly environments.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing production processes.
Strong practical knowledge of production KPIs, production planning, quality standards, and process documentation.
Experience leading production teams or coordinating technicians and operators.
Ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions, and perform effectively in a fast-paced production ramp-up environment.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Professional English (C1 level) is required.
German language skills are considered a strong advantage.
Experience in automotive, e-mobility, electromechanics, mechatronics, modular assembly, automation, robotics, technical equipment manufacturing, diagnostics, or industrial maintenance will be an asset.
