We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting payroll operations while working in a hybrid model that combines office and remote work.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration and salary calculations.

• Proven experience in independently managing end-to-end payroll processes.

• Very good knowledge of Polish labour law, social security, and payroll regulations.

• Hands-on experience with Enova365 (HR and Payroll modules).

• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees and contractors.

• Prepare and maintain HR and payroll documentation, including employment contracts, annexes, certificates, and other employment-related documents.

• Ensure payroll compliance with Polish labour law, social security, and tax regulations.

• Maintain accurate employee data and payroll records in Enova365.

• Cooperate with managers, employees, and external payroll-related institutions.

• Support employee benefits administration.

• Provide day-to-day support to employees regarding payroll and employment-related matters.
