Project description:
We are looking for 3 Full-Time Engineers (seniority: Junior, Mid, Senior, Tech Lead) to join an exciting insurance industry project starting in July (first half) through December.
The team will support the Head of Engineering in enhancing an Insurance Management System, focusing on improving the platform architecture and database structure, while also contributing to AI-driven initiatives such as automation and intelligent agents.
This is a great opportunity for engineers interested in modernization, scalable architectures, and AI experimentation.
Main responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Head of Engineering and technical teams on platform improvements
Design and implement scalable solutions across frontend and backend systems
Optimize and restructure database architecture (SQL)
Contribute to the evolution of the Insurance Management System
Support AI adoption initiatives (automation, agents, experimentation)
Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
Work closely with a US-based client (within standard CEST working hours)
