Junior Business Analyst
We are looking for an Junior Business Analyst Product Owner who will help our customer from banking sector deal with strategic, organizational and software development challenges. Investigate, identify and analyze requirements and define areas for improvement for changes needed.
Main responsibilities:
· Participation in work related to key areas of IT development, such as IT strategy, IT transformation, AI, cloud, governance, cybersecurity, architecture, and operational efficiency
· Support the coordination of transformation initiatives carried out within the IT Division, including monitoring statuses, risks, dependencies, schedules, and next steps
· Collaboration with various IT teams and business stakeholders, helping to gather information, structure insights, and translate them into clear recommendations.
· Support activities related to the preparation, updating, and monitoring of the Bank’s IT Strategy.
· Help to identify areas requiring improvement and contribute to developing proposals for IT development initiatives.
· Preparation of presentations, summaries, reports, and management materials for meetings, committees, workshops, and strategic decision-making
· Support the organization of meetings and workshops by preparing agendas, notes, summaries, and action item lists.
· Perform market research identifying market status, trends, and key players
· Research and analyze opportunities for improvement
· Close collaboration with development team
· Communicate business requirements clearly to business users, IT professionals, and external partners
· Identify stakeholders and analyze their needs and expectations and translating them into relevant Product Backlog items
· Collaboration in user interviews and prototype validation process
Requirements:
· Higher education or studies in progress (preferred areas: management, economics, computer science, data analysis, data science, new technologies, AI)
· Being able to communicate with multiple stakeholders
· Awareness of software development processes.
· Self-winded and proactive approach
· High attention to details
· Good time management
· Ability to analyze information from multiple sources, form insights and logical conclusions
· Moderate AI tools proficiency, and ability to use them in daily tasks
· Fluency in MS Office suite, especially in Word and PowerPoint
· Knowledge of the basics of Scrum framework
· Fluency in English
