Requirements:
Proven commercial experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including:
Designing and building conversational agents
Managing topics, entities, dialog flows, and conversational logic
Integrating copilots with APIs and external systems
Experience delivering AI-driven or conversational solutions in enterprise environments
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end solutions
Very good communication skills in English (B2+/C1)
Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
Nice to have:
Experience with custom connectors and complex system integrations
Knowledge of Power Platform security, governance, and best practices
Experience with chatbot analytics, optimization, and continuous improvement
Familiarity with Azure OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Services
Background in enterprise or multi-client delivery environments
Project description:
The project focuses on designing and delivering intelligent, AI-driven conversational solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio for enterprise and client-facing environments. The role involves building scalable copilots that integrate seamlessly with business systems and enhance user experience through optimized conversational flows. You will work closely with stakeholders and clients, contributing to solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement within modern Power Platform ecosystems.
Main responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain conversational solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Create and manage topics, entities, dialog flows, and conversational logic
Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
Integrate copilots with external systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms
Implement AI-driven capabilities and continuously optimize conversational UX
Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing copilots based on analytics and user feedback
Ensure solutions comply with Power Platform security, governance, and best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Work independently in client-facing environments, contributing to solution design and delivery
Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
