We are looking for a Scrum Master experienced in working with cross functional Scrum Teams, communicative, proactive, willing to travel, with can-do attitude. to strengthen our HMI service line. This person will focus on two projects - kitchen appliance and electric bikes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Based in Poland.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or similar (min 2-3 years).

• Experience working in software development environments.

• Experience with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro)

• Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe).

• English (at least B2)

Nice To Have

• Experience in scaled environments (e.g. SAFe, LeSS)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate Scrum meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure they are effective and time-boxed.

• Support team self-organization, accountability, and cross-functionality Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and predictable delivery.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and actionable insights.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear, well-structured, and prioritized backlog.

• Support alignment between the team and stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of goals and priorities.

• Monitor and improve team health, effectiveness, and delivery outcome.

• Promote transparent workflows, metrics, and clear documentation practices.

• Facilitate open communication and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.

• Build trust by making information accessible, understandable, and actionable.

• Travel uarterly, for a few days (3-4).
