We are looking for an experienced Senior Palantir Foundry Specialist to join a long-term, international initiative focused on the development of People Data Products.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong commercial experience with Palantir Foundry

• Senior-level expertise in developing and maintaining data products

• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformations

• Good understanding of data architecture and data modeling concepts

• Experience working in large, enterprise-scale environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within international teams

• Professional level of English (at least B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience working with People Data / HR Data domains

• Knowledge of cloud environments and modern data platforms

• Experience in Agile delivery environments

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will design, develop, and maintain data products within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem

• You will build and optimize data pipelines, transformations, and workflows

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and data requirements

• You will ensure high quality, scalability, and maintainability of developed solutions

• You will support data integration and data modeling activities

• You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and platform performance

• You will contribute to best practices and continuous improvement of data engineering processes
