Requirements:

• 6–8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or DevOps roles

• Strong hands‑on experience with OpenTofu / Terraform

• Deep experience designing and operating GitLab CI/CD pipelines

• Experience migrating Azure DevOps to GitLab

• Strong Linux background

• Solid understanding of networking, security, and Kubernetes fundamentals

• Experience managing IaC at enterprise scale

• Automation‑first mindset and operational approach

Nice to have:

• .NET application modernization and containerization experience

• Ansible for configuration management and golden images

• Load balancer and firewall automation experience

• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow

Project description:

You will be part of the core engineering team responsible for building a cloud‑agnostic infrastructure and CI/CD platform. The project focuses on standardizing Infrastructure‑as‑Code, migrating from Azure DevOps to GitLab, and enabling consistent deployments across Azure and on‑prem environments.

Main responsibilities:

• Migrate Azure DevOps pipelines to GitLab CI/CD

• Rewrite existing IaC templates to OpenTofu

• Build reusable IaC modules

• Deploy and operate self‑hosted GitLab infrastructure

• Automate provisioning across hybrid environments

• Collaborate with Kubernetes and architecture teams
