Business Analyst - Salesforce CRM

Requirements:
4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM or enterprise systems
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
Strong experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Solid understanding of ERP systems and system integrations
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Nice to have:
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Business Analyst, Administrator)
Experience working on global or multi-regional programs
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar
Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
Project description:
You will join a global Salesforce CRM Program, working as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
The role focuses on delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, supporting business growth, operational efficiency, and global standardization.
You will collaborate with cross-functional and multi-regional teams to ensure business requirements are clearly defined, validated, and successfully delivered.
Main responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple regions
Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and secure stakeholder approval
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Managers
Act as the first point of contact for reported issues, ensuring proper triage before escalation
Validate delivered solutions during BA testing and ensure compliance with acceptance criteria
Identify gaps in processes, documentation, and system configuration
Standardize documentation practices and CRM standards to reduce technical debt
Develop and maintain process maps, data flows, and system documentation
Analyze ERP systems and document Salesforce integration points
Identify integration risks, data inconsistencies, and delivery blockers
Facilitate sprint reviews and ensure strong stakeholder engagement
Prepare demo scripts, sprint updates, and progress summaries
Provide regular leadership updates on progress, risks, and priorities
Lead workshops, interviews, and review sessions with business and technical teams
Act as an escalation point for cross-functional challenges
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
