Requirements:
5–8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development
Proven ownership of end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 implementations
Strong experience with Sales, Customer Service and Field Service modules
Hands‑on experience with C# plugin development and JavaScript customization
Experience building integrations between D365 CE and external systems
Good understanding of Microsoft cloud architecture
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with business stakeholders
High level of autonomy, ownership, and technical leadership
Nice to have:
Experience with D365 CE and D365 F&O integrations
Connected Field Service / IoT experience
Asset management domain knowledge
Exposure to e‑mobility or EV‑related projects
Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
Project description:
The project focuses on the development and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions supporting core business processes. The role involves acting as a technical lead, shaping architecture decisions, and ensuring high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions within a complex system landscape.
Main responsibilities:
Act as the technical lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications
Design and develop scalable and robust solutions
Build and maintain integrations with external systems and platforms
Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance
Contribute to technical architecture and development standards
Perform code reviews and support other developers
Collaborate closely with product owners, consultants, and business teams
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes
