Program Manager (Infrastructure & Network Projects)
Our client operates in a large‑scale, infrastructure‑heavy environment, delivering complex projects across networks, hardware, factories, and security domains. The organization runs multiple parallel initiatives that require strong coordination across distributed technical teams, including infrastructure engineers, network specialists, and security teams. Projects are typically cross‑functional and multi‑site, with high dependency management and a strong focus on stability, security, and operational excellence.
This is a full-time freelance project with a 1-year contract.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in infrastructure and/or network projects.
Hands‑on experience coordinating 10+ engineers and/or security specialists.
Strong background in multi‑project or program‑level coordination.
Experience working in complex, technical environments (networks, hardware, factories, security)
Advanced level of English (C1 or above)
Solid understanding of network and security fundamentals, such as: Network architecture & connectivity concepts.
Security controls, access management, and change processes.
Ability to translate technical topics into clear project plans and communication.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage complexity, dependencies, and competing priorities.
Proactive, structured, and delivery‑focused mindset.
Knowledge of project & program management tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, similar).
Knowledge of reporting and tracking tools for multi‑project environments.
Nice to have:
Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
Main responsibilities:
Lead and oversee infrastructure and network‑focused projects from initiation to delivery.
Coordinate work across multiple factory, infrastructure, and security teams.
Manage dependencies between several parallel projects, often in cooperation with other Project Managers.
Act as a key point of alignment between network, security, and infrastructure stakeholders.
Ensure project plans reflect network and security change requirements.
Track progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation when needed.
Facilitate communication across technical and non‑technical teams.
Support governance, reporting, and stakeholder updates at program level.
