Data Engineer (LIMS/ELN)
We’re looking for Data Engineer with hands-on experience in laboratory data (LIMS / ELN) to support R&D data integration and analytics.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer
Hands-on experience with LIMS or ELN systems
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
Experience working with Excel-based data sources
Background in R&D, laboratory, or scientific environments
Nice to have:
Experience with Azure and/or Databricks
Familiarity with Power BI or Power Apps
Background in chemistry, life sciences, or related fields
Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
Main responsibilities:
Work with laboratory data sources such as LIMS, ELN, Excel, and SharePoint
Design and build data pipelines using Python and SQL
Transform and structure messy R&D data into clean, well-organized datasets
Process and manage data using Azure and Databricks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists and analysts
Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across systems
