Project description:

You will join a project focused on the implementation and development of the Murex system within the Front Office domain for commodities trading in a universal bank.

At the same time, we are expanding our service portfolio into capital markets consultancy. As part of this strategic initiative, we are excited to invite experienced professionals who will help build the core team driving this new direction.

As we are currently in discussions with several prospective clients, we are reaching out to experts who would like to get to know us, contribute their expertise, and help shape the future of this initiative together.

Main responsibilities:

• Support and configuration of the Front Office module in Murex

• Collaboration with traders (commodities such as CO₂, oil)

• Configuration of products and pricing (product templates, pricing models)

• Maintenance and development of market data (forward curves, volatility surfaces)

• Analysis of business requirements and their implementation in the system

• Troubleshooting issues related to trade booking and valuation

• Participation in testing phases (SIT/UAT)

Requirements (Must-have):

• Experience with the Murex system (Front Office)

• Knowledge of commodity instruments, e.g., CO₂ (EUA), oil

• Experience working with traders / desk support

• Understanding of:

  • Trade lifecycle (Front Office)

  • Pricing of instruments (futures, swaps, options)

  • Market data (curves, volatility surfaces)

• Strong business analysis skills

Nice to have

• Experience with EU ETS

• Knowledge of exchanges (ICE, NYMEX)

• Experience in a trading environment (banking / energy trading)
