About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team. At Unravel, design is a strategic tool for turning complex business challenges into clear, useful, and meaningful products. You will work end-to-end across discovery, design and delivery, collaborating closely with product, engineering and research to deliver scalable experiences for web and mobile. Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years' professional experience in product, interaction or UX design, with evidence of delivering real-world digital products.

• Proven experience designing complex, large-scale systems and enterprise‑grade interfaces.

• Strong visual design skills and a holistic approach to product experience, balancing aesthetics with usability and accessibility.

• Demonstrable experience contributing to or owning Design Systems (components, tokens, documentation).

• Comfortable creating prototypes and validating concepts through user research and usability testing.

• Excellent communication skills in English, able to present design rationale and build stakeholder alignment.

• Portfolio showcasing delivered, shipped projects and clear design thinking.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from discovery and user research through to hand-off, QA and ongoing optimization.

• Create end-to-end product flows, interaction models, wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile.

• Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts with users and stakeholders.

• Define, maintain and scale Design System components, patterns and guidelines.

• Work closely with product managers, engineers and researchers to translate research insights into actionable design solutions.

• Advocate for accessibility, performance and inclusive design practices across the product lifecycle.

• Mentor and support junior designers, contributing to a culture of critique and continuous improvement.
