Lead/Principal QA Automation Mobile
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Mobile QA Automation Principal/Lead with a strong understanding of the Azure ecosystem. and expertise in RFID technology. The ideal candidate will lead the quality assurance efforts for mobile applications, developing a robust automation framework, seamless integration of RFID solutions, and alignment with Azure cloud services. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise and leadership capabilities to drive quality and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Lead the QA automation strategy for mobile applications, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and system architects, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Integrate and test RFID-based solutions within mobile applications, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
Leverage Azure services (e.g., Azure IoT Hub, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions) to optimize testing processes and application performance.
Define and enforce QA best practices, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Monitor and analyze test results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated on emerging trends in mobile QA automation, RFID technologies, and Azure cloud services.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a QA Automation Lead or Principal, with a focus on mobile applications.
Expertise in RFID technology and its integration with software systems.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure IoT, Azure DevOps, and related tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Python for test automation.
Experience with mobile automation tools like Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their implementation in Azure DevOps.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of security and compliance standards for RFID and cloud-based applications.
Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
