We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Capital Markets Consulting practice in Warsaw. In this role, you will lead complex workstreams within large-scale capital markets system implementations and transformations – working with platforms such as Calypso, Kondor+, and Murex or other dealing / trading platforms. You will design end-to-end solutions, coordinate teams of Consultants and Analysts, and serve as a trusted delivery lead within your area of responsibility. This is a hybrid position, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Requirements:

• 4–10 years of relevant professional experience in consulting or complex capital markets project environments

• Strong understanding of fixed income, FX, derivatives, and structured products

• Deep knowledge of trading systems (Calypso, Kondor+, Murex) or other dealing platforms – including core architecture and module interactions

• Ability to design end-to-end solutions across the trade lifecycle

• Proven ability to lead junior team members and manage deliverables

• Advanced problem-solving skills and structured thinking

• Confident interaction with client stakeholders at senior management level

• Clear presentation of findings and solution recommendations

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Fluent English (written and verbal)

Nice to have:

• Experience with configuration of complex products and advanced workflows in Calypso, Kondor+, or Murex

• Track record of leading cross-module SIT/UAT campaigns

• Understanding of valuation drivers and P&L impact in capital markets

• Mentoring and coaching experience with junior team members

Main responsibilities:

• Lead one or more workstreams within capital markets system implementation projects

• Design end-to-end solutions across the trade lifecycle – from trade capture through settlement and accounting

• Configure complex products and advanced workflows within trading platforms

• Structure complex problems and define analytical approaches

• Coordinate and review work of Consultants and Analysts within the workstream

• Own functional design documents and integration logic

• Lead SIT/UAT activities across multiple modules

• Manage day-to-day client interactions at middle and senior management level

• Challenge assumptions constructively and manage stakeholder expectations

• Contribute to solution design and project planning
