We are looking for a Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements within our Capital Markets Consulting practice in Warsaw. You will hold full accountability for project planning, scope, timeline, budget, and quality – managing cross-functional teams and acting as the primary client contact. You will oversee capital markets system implementations involving platforms such as Calypso, Kondor+, and Murex or other dealing / trading platforms, ensuring that solutions align with business strategy and regulatory requirements. This is a hybrid position, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Requirements:

• 5–12 years of relevant experience in consulting or capital markets project delivery

• Comprehensive understanding of fixed income, FX, derivatives, and structured portfolios

• Strong understanding of end-to-end system architecture and integration landscape for trading platforms (Calypso, Kondor+, or Murex) or other dealing platforms

• Proven project management capabilities – planning, resourcing, tracking, and governance

• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, delegate effectively, and deliver under pressure

• Experience managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments

• Strong financial discipline – budget oversight and scope control

• Ability to assess system limitations, scalability, and operational risk

• Understanding of front-to-back integration across trading, operations, risk, and finance

• Fluent English (written and verbal)

Nice to have:

• Experience leading SIT/UAT strategy and release cycles for trading platforms

• Track record of contributing to business development and proposal writing

• Familiarity with target operating model design for capital markets

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to trading and post-trade operations

Main responsibilities:

• Plan and structure end-to-end delivery of capital markets consulting engagements

• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality across multiple workstreams

• Lead cross-functional project teams – including Senior Consultants, Consultants, and Analysts

• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact at middle and senior management level

• Oversee solution design across multiple modules of trading platforms (Calypso, Kondor+, Murex)

• Validate configuration approaches for complex products and manage release governance

• Manage risks, issues, and escalations through structured governance processes

• Lead steering committees and governance forums

• Contribute to proposal development, solution shaping, and identification of new business opportunities

• Provide performance feedback and development support to team members
