We are looking for a Consultant to join our Capital Markets Consulting practice in Warsaw. In this role, you will independently manage assigned workstreams within capital markets system implementation and transformation projects – covering trading platforms such as Calypso, Kondor+, and Murex or other dealing / trading platforms. You will translate business requirements into structured solutions, coordinate work of Analysts, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery. This is a hybrid position, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Requirements:

• 2–8 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, finance, or capital markets

• Solid understanding of bonds, FX, money market instruments, and derivatives

• Practical knowledge of the full trade lifecycle (front-to-back)

• Working knowledge of trading systems such as Calypso, Kondor+, Murex or other dealing / trading platforms – including core modules and system architecture

• Ability to configure standard products within a defined scope

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and structured thinking

• Clear and structured communication skills (written and verbal) in English

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools

• Ability to work effectively in team-based project environments

Nice to have:

• Experience with end-to-end process analysis within capital markets operations

• Prior involvement in SIT/UAT testing for trading platforms

• Understanding of product impact on risk, accounting, and settlement

• Familiarity with Agile or structured consulting delivery methodologies

Main responsibilities:

• Independently manage assigned workstreams or project modules within capital markets system implementations

• Structure and execute analytical tasks with limited supervision

• Translate business requirements into system configuration and functional specifications

• Coordinate and review work of Analysts within the workstream

• Lead SIT/UAT activities within assigned functional areas

• Analyze and resolve trade lifecycle, reconciliation, and booking issues

• Support client interactions and working sessions at middle management level

• Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of all deliverables

• Contribute to solution documentation and design discussions
