We are looking for a Trainee Administration Specialist to support the daily administrative operations of our office in Szczecin. This role is ideal for a well-organized and detail-oriented person who enjoys working with people and supporting a dynamic workplace. As part of the team, you will assist with document management, office coordination, employee support, and event organization while gaining practical experience in office administration. The position is offered on a part-time basis (½ FTE) under a contract of mandate, providing an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills in an international environment.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Polish and English

Main responsibilities:

• Archiving and maintaining documents and invoices

• Supporting the circulation and organization of documents within the company

• Welcoming and assisting guests visiting the office

• Managing incoming and outgoing shipments and coordinating with courier services

• Preparing and placing office supply orders

• Supporting the organization of company events, catering, client meetings, and larger internal initiatives

• Assisting with the coordination of administrative and office-related tasks

• Providing administrative support to employees and preparing workstations for new hires

• Supporting the arrangement and organization of office space

• Handling occasional errands and providing support for ad-hoc projects as needed
