Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.

  • Practical knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); a relevant certification (e.g., SAFe SM) is highly desirable.

  • Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English (C1)

  • Ability to work effectively in a global, distributed team setup.

Project description:

Join our dynamic team working on large-scale, international software development projects. We operate within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to deliver high-quality solutions in a complex, multi-team environment. We utilize Azure DevOps as our primary tool for backlog management and collaboration.

Main responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, and Retrospective) and support SAFe-level ceremonies.

  • Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices to increase productivity and quality.

  • Remove impediments and shield the team from outside interruptions.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization within the team.

  • Assist the Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritization.

  • Track team velocity and sprint progress using Azure DevOps.
