Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or a comparable course of study.
Experience in the field of business and sales planning.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power BI.
Excellent Salesforce (CRM).
Strong analytical mindset with high affinity for numbers and data.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent in English
German is desirable.
Salesforce Certified Associate certification is preferred.
SAP knowledge is desirable.

About the role:
As a Sales Operation Support professional you will support and continuously improve our sales operations processes, tools, and methodologies. You will be responsible for administrative and operational follow-ups with colleagues and cross-functional teams, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement and development (CI/CD) of sales processes and systems. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and bid management teams, supporting the operation and optimization of our CRM system, sales forecasting, and reporting activities.
This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in sales excellence, sales controlling, and process improvement, while gaining hands-on experience in proposing and implementing new developments aligned with corporate strategy. This position offers a strong foundation for career growth in sales operations, business planning, and process optimization within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Support Sales Excellence activities through the continuous development, improvement, and management of best-practice sales tools, methods, and processes.
Perform Sales Controlling activities, including the creation of sales forecasts and proactive provision of accurate information on the sales pipeline.
Act as business owner for the operation of the CRM system, including associated sales processes, user support, and data quality management.
Support the development of sales targets in line with corporate strategy and assist in the implementation of the sales compensation process.
Ensure close cooperation with internal stakeholders, especially sales, marketing, and bid management teams.
Execute administrative and coordination tasks, including follow-ups with colleagues and other departments, to ensure smooth operational execution.
Contribute to continuous improvement (CI/CD) initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities and proposing new developments in sales processes and tools.
