We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team to drive the development and improvement of ERP and HR systems, with a particular focus on Contract Management and Procurement solutions. The role involves shaping and prioritizing digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to continuous product improvement in an agile environment.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or a related role within an Agile environment

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar)

• Foundational knowledge of product management principles and Agile methodologies

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, QA, support)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex processes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to organize work, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Adaptable, team-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Interest in user experience, digital products, and continuous product improvement

• Eagerness to learn from senior product leaders and grow within the product function

• Proven expertise in the core functionalities for Fundamentals within ERP systems

• Demonstrated proficiency in user interface design, component architecture, and design systems

• Familiarity with BDD and Example Mapping is a strong plus

• English: B2/C1

• Nice-to-have: knowledge of Contract / Procurement Management

• Define and maintain the product backlog

• Write Conditions of Satisfaction for the team’s User Stories
