CyberArk PAM Specialist
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced CyberArk Developer to support a large-scale Privileged Access Management (PAM) project. The role involves full-scope onboarding of applications into the PAM platform by developing application connectors and extending PAM controls across the organization.
You will work closely with application owners and stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality onboarding while providing subject matter expertise in PAM and identity security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Support the PAM project as a CyberArk Developer, delivering full-scope application onboarding.
Develop and configure application connectors within CyberArk.
Enable and extend PAM controls to cover the broader organization.
Collect and gather relevant technical and business data from application owners to ensure efficient onboarding.
Collaborate closely with Application Owners, Providers, Managers, and Technical Specialists.
Guide stakeholders to ensure compliance with PAM controls and requirements.
Provide expert advice on PAM architecture, security best practices, and identity governance.
Contribute to documentation, technical analysis, and process improvements.
Work within a DevOps team in an Agile/Scrum setup.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience working with PAM controls and requirements.
Hands-on experience as a CyberArk Developer or strong development experience within CyberArk.
Solid understanding of identity and PAM security best practices in both on-premises and cloud environments.
Knowledge of core security principles such as:
Segregation of Duties (SoD)
Least Privilege
Zero Trust
Previous experience working in a DevOps environment using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong understanding of IT processes and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as:
CIS
COBIT
NIST
ISO 2700x
Strong analytical, technical documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate between business and technical contexts.
Structured, organized, and quality-focused working style.
Strong collaboration and negotiation skills when working with diverse stakeholders.
Self-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
Experience working with multiple PAM technologies.
Additional Information
Most work will be performed remotely.
Limited travel to Copenhagen or Helsinki may be required.
Candidates should be open to occasional travel as part of the role.

up to 150pln/h for Regular
