Nice to Have
ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS-ITOM)
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Knowledge of ITIL / Agile
Scripting & performance optimization skills
Project description:
We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our growing ServiceNow practice. Depending on your experience level (Regular / Senior), you will design, develop, and optimize solutions within the IT Operations Management (ITOM) area, working on enterprise-scale implementations.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform
Work with ITOM modules such as: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB
Build workflows, integrations, and automations
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders
Participate in troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancements
Contribute to best practices and code quality standards
