WalkMe Functional Lead
Requirements:
5+ years in digital adoption, UX, business analysis, or enterprise application enablement roles.
3+ years hands-on experience with WalkMe (or similar DAP) and demonstrable experience delivering multi-application solutions.
Strong capability in solution design, user-case definition, and requirements validation.
Experience managing content lifecycle and localization processes.
Comfortable creating functional specs, validation scripts, and acceptance criteria.
Strong analytical skills; experience using analytics to measure adoption and optimize content.
Excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder management across global teams.
Fluent English (min. C1) – both verbal and written.
PPreferred Qualifications:
WalkMe certifications (Builder, Architect or equivalent).
Experience integrating WalkMe with platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday.
Prior experience in global programs, governance models, and compliance-aware environments.
Experience with localization and cross-language content management.
Project description:
We are looking for a WalkMe Functional Lead. This role is a functional/solution lead focused on WalkMe platform delivery, solution design, user-case definition, requisition validation, and content management. You will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, IT and change teams to design, validate and deliver scalable in-app guidance that drives user adoption across enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, other SaaS).
Main responsibilities:
Strategic & Solutioning
Serve as the functional lead and subject-matter expert for the WalkMe digital adoption platform.
Lead solution design: translate business problems into WalkMe solutions and technical requirements.
Define user cases, acceptance criteria, and validate requisitions before development.
Design segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver contextual, role-based guidance.
Operational & Delivery
Create and maintain WalkMe artifacts and automation flows.
Manage content lifecycle and content management processes (create, review, localize, retire).
Collaborate with development and QA to ensure solutions meet functional requirements and pass validation.
Integrate WalkMe with analytics and enterprise systems to enable tracking, measurement and optimization.
Support release planning, stakeholder demos, and change management activities.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with product owners, business SMEs, IT integrators, and training teams to define priorities and user journeys.
Translate stakeholder requirements into clear user stories and validation scripts.
Run workshops to capture use cases, validate designs and ensure alignment to business objectives.

Salary range: 40-45 USD/h
