Key Responsibilities: 

• Design,configure, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications that support business requirements and enable data-driven decision-making 

• Collaborate closely with product managers, implementation specialists, clients, and fellow developers to gather and translate business and functional requirements 

• Take full ownership of the application lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment 

• Actively contribute to the creation of tangible project deliverables such as requirements documentation, solution designs, status reports, and project plans 

• Define, communicate, and manage change management processes for introducing new solutions and enhancing existing applications 

• Support the sales cycle when required by contributing to solution design, pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and project planning 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across application architecture, support processes, and development best practices 

• Identify and recommend ways to leverage Salesforce to streamline processes, improve productivity, and support rapid organizational growth 

• Provide technical support and end-user assistance, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” guidance

Qualifications 

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development 

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including declarative tools and out-of-the-box functionalities 

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks 

• Practical experience with Salesforce metadata, source-driven development, and modern development tools (code repositories, deployment automation, project tracking systems) 

• Solid understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming principles, and Clean Code practices 

• Experience with unit and integration testing best practices 

• Willingness to learn and apply enterprise-level architecture and application design principles

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
