Project description:

We are seeking a motivated BI Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of a Tableau-driven data analytics platform for a leading workforce management organization. This role collaborates closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to build insightful dashboards, maintain reliable datasets, and contribute to the overall success of the analytics program.

Main responsibilities:

ETL & Data Pipeline Support

• Support the maintenance of ETL/ELT data pipelines

• Monitor data refresh schedules and troubleshoot pipeline or refresh failures

Data Preparation & Analysis

• Assist with data modeling and data preparation efforts

• Perform data validation and data quality checks

• Create and manage calculated fields, parameters, and metadata layers

Tableau Dashboard Development

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, worksheets, and visualizations

• Apply best practices for dashboard layout, formatting, and performance optimization

• Assist in testing, debugging, and enhancing existing Tableau reports

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics

• Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop

• Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts

• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting enterprise analytics platforms

• Exposure to workforce management or operational data

• Familiarity with performance tuning in Tableau
