Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
Requirements:
- Regular+ or Senior Business Analyst with proven experience in Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Experience working in distributed, cross-regional teams (Europe / ANZ / India).
- Comfortable with early-morning meetings (6:00–7:00 CET) to align with Melbourne-based stakeholders.
- Self-driven, flexible, and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.

Our customer is embarking on a major, multi-year transformation to evolve from a legacy CRM platform to Salesforce—and we’re building a high-impact team to lead the way.
This role sits at the heart of that journey, driving smarter business processes and shaping a Salesforce ecosystem that truly enables growth. We're looking for an experienced Salesforce expert with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex implementations.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the requirements gathering process by collaborating with business stakeholders to define and document needs for the Salesforce implementation.
- Develop comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and process maps to guide the development and implementation teams.
- Analyze and optimize existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement through Salesforce solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, validate proposed solutions, and ensure stakeholder alignment across EMEA and ANZ.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Define acceptance criteria, support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist in end-user training sessions to ensure system adoption.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
- Act as the primary escalation point
for Salesforce-related issues and enhancements, supporting Commercial Excellence and cross-functional teams.
