Requirements:

(Must-Have)

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects in a corporate environment
• French language proficiency at a level allowing effective communication (minimum B2)
• Practical knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Concur, or Seeburger systems
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups and on international projects
• Fluent English (C1)
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, budgeting, and vendor coordination
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

(Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with legal electronic invoicing projects (e.g., KSeF, Chorus Pro, Peppol, or other local e-invoicing systems)
• Knowledge of project management best practices (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe).

Project description:

Duration: Until the end of September 2026

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a strategic project focused on the implementation of legal electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing) and system migration within the SAP ecosystem.

The role includes full responsibility for project planning, coordination, delivery, and reporting in an international environment, in close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead IT projects related to e-Invoicing and SAP system migration
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and ensure regular progress reporting
• Develop and oversee the project plan, milestones, and work breakdown structure (WBS)
• Ensure project quality, compliance, and audit readiness
• Coordinate the work of project teams and external vendors
• Maintain active communication with business and IT stakeholders
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Provide project status reports and updates (using tools such as Planview, Teams, or other PM platforms).
