What will you do?
As a Software Engineer Intern at Codibly, you’ll take part in inspiring projects at the intersection of energy and technology. Together with our interdisciplinary team of experts, you will:
- design and develop IT solutions for energy management and e-mobility systems,
- optimize electric vehicle charging infrastructure,
- implement innovative algorithms for energy storage and distribution,
- integrate renewable energy sources.
What do we expect from you?
You have knowledge in:
- HTTP protocol, API design, and service communication,
- web application development,
- basic design patterns,
- asynchronous communication based on message queues,
- working with SQL or NoSQL databases,
- English at a minimum B2 level.
The technologies we use most often:
- Backend: Java, .NET, TypeScript
- Infrastructure: Kubernetes on AWS/Azure
- Databases: PostgreSQL, InfluxDB
- Asynchronous communication: RabbitMQ or cloud-native solutions
- Frontend: React, TypeScript
We work with our clients on long-term projects. If you perform well during the internship, we’ll be happy to invite you to continue your journey with us as a Junior Software Engineer.
What we offer:
- Working hours: flexible
- Compensation: PLN 31.50/hour
- Form of cooperation: contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)
- Internship period: February - April
From day one, you’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor who will help you set and achieve your development goals. We’ll support your progress and provide access to a set of training sessions to help you build new skills.
While we’re open to remote work, we’d love for you to visit our office in Zabłocie, Kraków a few times a week.
Recruitment process

- You’ll then receive a recruitment task to complete within 5 days.
- Candidates who successfully pass this stage will be invited to a 90-minute face-to-face technical interview at our Kraków office - that’s the final step!
After the interview, you’ll receive feedback and information about our decision.
