In line with Spyrosoft’s strategic growth and commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology for business transformation, we are looking to strengthen our Unit with a Senior AI Consultant role.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong AI/ML technical understanding with business consulting skills and can translate client needs into practical AI solutions. The Senior AI Consultant will support discovery and pre-sales activities, help shape AI project scopes, validate solution feasibility, and contribute to delivering measurable business outcomes.

The role requires the ability to bridge business and technical teams, communicate complex AI concepts clearly, and support clients in identifying realistic, valuable, and responsible AI use cases.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support and lead selected parts of client discovery and pre-sales engagements, including business needs analysis, AI opportunity identification, feasibility assessment, and solution scoping.

• Translate business objectives into practical data and AI initiatives, ensuring proposed solutions are aligned with measurable business value.

• Contribute to proposals, discovery workshops, solution outlines, and statements of work.

• Advise clients and internal teams on AI/ML technology choices, taking into account feasibility, cost, risk, compliance, and expected outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with technical teams, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements and delivery constraints.

• Support AI project delivery by helping define success metrics, validating assumptions, and maintaining alignment between business expectations and technical execution.

• Communicate analytical and technical insights clearly to both business and technical audiences.

• Contribute to the development of AI Consulting practices, reusable assets, and internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong experience in IT, data, AI/ML, or analytics-related roles, with proven involvement in projects delivering business value through data or AI solutions.

• Experience in consulting, pre-sales, business analysis, solution design, or client-facing technical roles.

• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and translate them into feasible AI, ML, data, or GenAI initiatives.

• Practical understanding of Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation, guardrails, and common integration patterns.

• Good understanding of ML lifecycle and MLOps practices, including experimentation, deployment, monitoring, model/data drift, and reproducibility.

• Hands-on familiarity with Python and core AI/ML libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent tooling.

• Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Jupyter, MLflow, Azure ML, Vertex AI, Amazon SageMaker, or similar.

• Understanding of cloud-based AI/ML services, preferably across Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Ability to explain technical complexity in clear business language and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

• Strong analytical mindset, ownership attitude, and ability to work independently in client-facing situations.

• Fluent English, C1 preferred.

• Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed, up to 10%.
