Requirements:
- Deep Linux Expertise: Extensive experience with Linux operating systems, particularly SUSE, Red Hat, and Solaris, with a proven track record of managing complex systems in enterprise environments.
- Strong Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, and Perl, with a focus on automation and system management.
- Virtualization Mastery: In-depth knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies, including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter, with experience in managing large-scale virtualized environments.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes (k8s) for containerized application deployment and management.
- Automation and Configuration Management: Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management, infrastructure automation, and orchestration.
- Cloud Management Platform: Familiarity with Morpheus or similar cloud management platforms, with an understanding of cloud resource provisioning, cost optimization, and governance.
- Problem-Solving and Communication: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Linux System Administrator to play a key role in managing and optimizing our complex Linux environment.
What you'll do:
Expert Administration: Provide expert-level administration and support for a diverse range of Linux servers (SUSE, Red Hat, and Solaris), including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and security hardening.
Infrastructure Automation: Develop and implement automation solutions using Ansible and scripting languages (Bash, Python, Perl) to streamline system administration tasks and improve efficiency.
Virtualization Management: Manage and maintain VMware virtualized environments, ensuring optimal resource allocation, high availability, and disaster recovery capabilities. Containerization and Orchestration: Work with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (k8s) to deploy and manage applications, contributing to our containerization strategy.
Cloud Management: Utilize Morpheus, a powerful self-service cloud management platform, to provision, manage, and optimize cloud resources, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance
Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate effectively with other IT teams, share your expertise, and mentor junior system administrators, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Main responsibilities:
You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of client’s critical systems, while also contributing to the automation and evolution of Manage Now infrastructure.
- ensuring smooth operation, support, and SLAs in heterogeneous server environments for our customer;
- administration of Linux server operating systems (SUSE, Red Hat, and Solaris) and virtualization environment;
- installation, maintenance, and monitoring of systems, with further development of the infrastructure;
- performing release and version updates, as well as automation (Ansible, Perl, Shell) and performance tuning;
- participation in exciting and innovative IT Projects.
