The company serves a wide range of clients, including large enterprises and organizations with complex IT needs and provides modern IT infrastructures and scalable cloud solutions, such as SAP and AI, customized to clients’ requirements.

We are looking for a Junior Automation Consultant to support the management with optimization workflows as well as supporting the business units to offer a better and quicker service. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless operation of systems and service. You will work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver qualitative technical suggestions to make processes and workflows better. Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining the stability, scalability, and alignment of our environment. 

Main responsibilities:

• You will analyze processes within Manage Now to identify potential of automation and optimization
• You are planning and implementing the IT projects in different departments and possibly also in different entities
• You develop and implement automation solutions with technologies like AI or RPA
• You bring the ability to communicate closely with our technical teams in a progress orientated company
• You will be in exchange with various different departments to push the projects
• Monitoring existing solutions will be part of your job, with adopting them to new business needs
