Requirements:
A degree in computer science or equivalent IT expertise, ideally with professional experience in DevOps or infrastructure operations.
Proven experience in the development and operation of storage platforms, especially NetApp (ONTAP, MetroCluster, SnapMirror), and iSCSI/Fibre Channel infrastructures.
NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern infrastructure tools.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Ansible, Git/GitHub, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms or equivalent is highly desirable.
Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for storage automation.
Knowledge of storage virtualization and backup/restore concepts.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, goal-oriented working style.
Willingness to learn and continuously improve services with a customer-centric mindset.
High level of initiative, reliability, and ability to solve problems

Main responsibilities:
Ensure smooth operation, support, and SLA compliance of our Hybrid IT Data Center infrastructure, with a strong focus on NetApp storage systems, SAN, and iSCSI technologies.
Administer and manage the SAN and storage infrastructure, including NetApp ONTAP, Fibre Channel, and iSCSI-based environments.
Install, maintain, monitor, and continuously improve the deployed systems.
Implement new environments as part of internal initiatives or customer projects.
Perform release and version upgrades, conduct performance analyses, and optimize system performance.
Develop and maintain scripts for automation and operational efficiency in storage and SAN management.
Participate in innovative and cross-functional IT projects.
Collaborate across technologies, including server virtualization and operating systems (VMware, Linux, Windows).
