Service Now Consultant CSP (RO)
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent with relevant experience
- Expertise in ServiceNow CSP for at least 3 years
- German language skills will be of advantage
- Good understanding of UI/UX design, workflow automation, and ServiceNow architecture.
- Proven track record in delivering CSP projects
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Teamwork and willingness to improve
- Certifications for ServiceNow in relevant modules are nice to have

Main responsibilities:
- Service delivery for multiple international customers.
- Deliver and maintain ServiceNow CSP solutions for multiple international customers.
- Regular communication and interaction with customers
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into portal functionality.
- Understanding of end-to-end CSP implementation — (ex: design, configuration, scripting, and deployment.).
- Customize ServiceNow portals (themes, widgets, pages, UI policies) to match client requirements and brand identity.
- Product Owner Role for CSP
- Integrate CSP with other ServiceNow modules for a seamless experience.
- Performance analysis and tuning of CSP
- Analysis and elimination of ServiceNow CSP errors.
