Workplace Client IT Specialist
Requirements:
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Tenant Management.
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Intune Management.
- Experience using ITSM Tools and processes.
- Basic ITIL Knowledge.
- Successfully completed degree in (business) computer science or completed training, ideally with a focus on computer science; alternatively, a comparable qualification with professional experience in system administration.
- Basic experience in the field of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, File and Print Service, Win10/11, as well as an understanding of IT technologies in general such as identity providers, clients and Server structures.
- Experience in dealing with MS Active Directory and the administration of group policies as well as good know-how in scripting (Powershell, PSADTK) are required.
- Knowledge of software packaging (ivanti DSM & Microsoft SCCM, Intune Software Deployment).
- Experience in the administration of heterogeneous system landscapes.
- Knowledge of new IT technologies (e.g. M365, Modern Managed Workplace, ...) as well as enthusiasm for state-of-the-art technologies and experience in the implementation of IT projects are desirable.
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills and a structured and reliable way of working.
- A customer- and solution-oriented way of working as well as good written and spoken English skills.

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Workplace Client IT Specialist to oversee the management, optimization, and support of our Workplace Client infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Windows Client systems, including GPO/Client Policies, Software packaging, Software deployment, Software Patchmanagement, Client Imaging, Vulnerability fixing on clients. Your expertise will help drive the stability and scalability of Client environments, ensuring they align with business goals. Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring the smooth operation and support of our customers' heterogeneous system landscapes;
- Central client management (configuration, operation, patching, software distribution, driver management and image management);
- Installation, maintenance and monitoring of client systems;
- Integration and further development of existing system environments;
- Implementation of release and version changes as well as automation and improvements;
- Local IT support onsite: system operation reinstall, new joiner training, equipment inventory tracking, first level support, local IT support on the premises, etc.
