Requirements:

• Completed commercial training or degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/finance 
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in an international environment or Shared Service Center 
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and HGB 
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP system 
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus 
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high level of initiative 
• Team player with intercultural competence

Main responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day accounting in accordance with IFRS and HGB 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in close collaboration with the headquarters 
• Support the preparation of forecasts and budgets 
• Support global accounting processes of the Manage Now Group 
• Contribute to the optimization of accounting processes within the Shared Service Center as well as within the Manage Now Group 
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations 
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, tax advisors, other departments)
