Senior Project Coordinator – IAM / Omada (RO)
Requirements:
- Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Experience with Omada IAM GUI and project/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA);
- Familiarity with IAM concepts, role-based access control, and IT security project delivery;
- Soft Skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities;
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- High engagement and willingness to actively contribute to program success;
- Experience Minimum 5 years in IT project coordination or project management, ideally in IAM or security-related projects;
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, insurance) is an advantage;
- Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional project teams;
- Certifications (Preferred) PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP certification;
- ITIL Foundation or higher;
- Additional governance or compliance-related certifications are a plus (e.g., ISO 27001, CISA).
Project description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our IAM program for a financial services client. The role is responsible for coordinating and managing IAM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with stakeholder expectations. You will work closely with engineering teams, business representatives, and service owners to oversee project execution, maintain clear communication, and ensure compliance with governance standards. Project Coordination & Planning Lead the planning, tracking, and execution of IAM projects and tasks within defined timelines. Coordinate resources, assign tasks, and monitor project progress. Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and project dashboards. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary communication interface between project teams, stakeholders, and management. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and steering committee reviews. Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business, compliance, and audit requirements. Risk & Issue Management Identify project risks and dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency strategies. Track and manage issues, ensuring timely resolution of blockers. Escalate risks and delays proactively with proposed solutions.
