Our customer operates as a dynamic IT service provider, supporting the digital transformation of the German economy.
Main responsibilities:
- Ongoing support of employees throughout the employee life cycle;
- Supervision of apprentices, working students, and interns;
- Responsibility for preparing payroll accounting;
- Close cooperation and coordination with the external payroll service provider;
- Implementation of personnel development measures;
- Drafting, coordinating, and publishing job advertisements;
- Support and guidance throughout the recruitment process;
- Onboarding of new colleagues and offboarding of departing employees;
- Support in the use of external staff within the framework of temporary employment.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on HR or equivalent;
- Several years of professional experience in HR;
- Experience in dealing with works councils and company agreements;
- Practical experience in payroll and salary accounting;
- Experience in classic HR administration;
- Experience with the HCM software (Personio is desirable);
- AdA qualification desirable;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Independent and structured working style;
