Project description:
You will join the newly formed platform team, responsible for enhancing the company’s cash management capabilities. At the core of this initiative is the Treasury Management System (Quantum), which you will help maintain, optimize, and evolve. The team’s mission is to provide reliable system support and infrastructure for treasury operations, enabling efficient, scalable, and innovative financial solutions.
Requirements:
- Practical experience with Quantum or similar treasury management systems.
- Strong background in software development with the ability to work across multiple programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD processes (Jenkins, Terraform).
- Familiarity with agile practices such as TDD, pair programming, mob programming, and continuous deployment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles relevant to treasury and financial reporting.
- Experience integrating standardized systems, ideally Quantum with SAP S4, ensuring efficient and reliable data flows.
Main responsibilities:
- Support, troubleshoot, and develop the Treasury Management System to meet evolving business needs.
- Work on highly available, resilient financial systems within the treasury domain.
- Contribute to system integrations, particularly between Quantum and SAP S4.
- Actively engage in pair programming, mob programming, TDD, and continuous integration practices.
- Build and release software in automated deployment environments, enabling rapid iteration and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with peers, share knowledge, and help shape team culture and best practices.
- Treat successes and failures as opportunities for learning, experimenting with modern tools and technologies to improve financial systems.
