Senior ITSM Specialist – IT Service Continuity Management

Core Cloud Platform: Microsoft Azure (IaaS& PaaS)
Infrastructure as Code& Automation: Terraform, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Ansible, GitHub
Monitoring& Reporting Tools: ManageNow4DCM, Custom billing/reporting solutions
System documentation and knowledge base management
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS & PaaS)
- Proven experience in automating deployments using:
- Terraform
- PowerShell
- Azure DevOps
- Strong skills in monitoring and troubleshooting Azure environments
- Experience with cloud strategy development
- Proficiency in error analysis and resolution
- Ability to maintain system documentation and contribute to a knowledge base
- Experience implementing automation solutions using:
- Ansible
- Terraform
- GitHub
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, especially ManageNow4DCM
- Willingness to participate in shift work and on-call duty
- Ability to create and manage billing methods and reporting

Main responsibilities:
Azure Infrastructure Operations
Manage and operate Microsoft Azure services (IaaS & PaaS)
Ensure high availability and performance of cloud environments
Automation & Deployment
Automate infrastructure deployments using Terraform, PowerShell, and Azure DevOps
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Monitor Azure environments using tools like ManageNow4DCM
Perform proactive troubleshooting and resolve incidents
Cloud Strategy & Optimization
Contribute to the evolution of the company’s cloud strategy
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and performance improvements
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Maintain system documentation
Expand and update internal knowledge databases
Automation Solutions
Implement automation using Ansible, Terraform, and GitHub
Develop scripts and tools to streamline operations
Reporting & Billing
Create and manage billing reports and cost tracking methods
Support & Availability
Participate in shift work and on-call duty to ensure 24/7 support
