Senior ITSM Specialist – Event, Release & Deployment Management

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Service Management
- Proven success in enterprise-scale Event, Release, and Deployment Management
- Deep knowledge of ITIL best practices (preferably ITIL v4)
- Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and event correlation platforms
- Expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams in complex environments
- Practical know-how of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and deployment orchestration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities
- Skilled in presenting dashboards, reports, and decision-making documents
- Ability to lead workshops and facilitate process training
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to service improvement
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
